"Nikki's touch is LIFE CHANGING. She is a kind and warm person with a gentle touch. She is a true expert at what she does. I didn't know what to expect and didn't have classical pelvic floor symptoms so I wasn't sure if it would help me or not. Immediately afterwards, I was completely pain free in my hips and back, which was not something I was expecting but was the driving factor for trying pelvic floor therapy. My left hip had been hurting like crazy since I was pregnant. For 2 years I was under constant care of a chiropractor, which did amazing but I had to go all the time. She suggested I try pelvic floor therapy because we've done so many other things. My issue was tightness and muscles that wouldn't let go or relax, which is something kegels would've just exasperated and not something I expected to be the problem. I've had so many other benefits after seeing Dr. Nikki that I didn't expect, like my menstrual cup fits perfectly now. It was fine before in that it didn't leak and didn't *hurt* but it was definitely uncomfortable and I felt it was there all the time. It was also hard to get into the right position and open. I had no idea pelvic floor therapy could help THAT. It fits perfectly now and I don't even feel it's there.
There's so much hush hush about vaginas and how everything's supposed to work down there. I highly recommend anyone with a vagina, childbirth or not, to see Dr. Nikki. If you have any questions about "is this normal?" or you "just deal with it", it's not and don't. Go to a pelvic floor therapist. You will not be disappointed."

"I don't even know how to start so I'll just start by saying WOW! Dr. Nikki has a true gift and has MASTERED that gift. I was a little skeptical at first on how exactly she could cure my incontinence and other postpartum related issues but she did! And it wasn't just with kegel exercises, but with so much more! Never had I heard of visceral mobilization, but oh my...if you haven't tried it.. you NEED to! Oh did I mention I am two years postpartum? It is never too late. Dr. Nikki made me feel so comfortable talking about what is usually not said out loud. She educated me through the whole process and made sure I was completely at ease. I left feeling seriously unexplainable! It's one of those things that you just don't know until you try it. If you're reading this and debating, I deeply encourage you to just go for it. Thank you for changing my life Dr. Nikki you are appreciated."

"Dr. Nikki is a gifted healer and it's hard to explain how this works. I have gotten relief from some neck to hip pain that I couldn't get to improve with massage, acupuncture, or chiropractic help. It has been a multi-layered process and she has helped me with some pelvic floor imbalances that were contributing to the problem in a way that I wouldn't have imagined when I first went to see her. She's certainly worth checking out if you're needing body healing and you've been frustrated by other methods. I wish I could afford to see her every few weeks indefinitely."

"Nikki is incredibly gifted and skilled. She helped me when I was experiencing significant round ligament pain with my pregnancy as well as healing after I gave birth. I was also recently in a car accident and she treated my body to release and let go of the trauma as well as provide pain relief. I highly recommend her. She's the real deal."

"Nikki's touch was like no other I've ever experienced. I could feel my fascia shifting ever so gently under her gentle subtle but somehow profound guidance. I could sense releases in the tissue and muscle. Meanwhile I was floating in a cloud of winedrunk like state - an altered state I think. Fully amazing."

"For years I suffered with Interstitial Cystitis (IC) and all the doctors thought I was crazy! But Nikki's gentle techniques and mind/body awareness discussions really helped me see the bigger picture! I still get flare ups from time to time, especially when I am stressed, but it is nothing compared to what I was experiencing before! I have also re-discovered my love for dance (thanks to her as well) and I couldn't be happier!"
"I have been through a lot of S#@% in my life, battling and overcoming breast cancer, a severe car accident which had me in the hospital for 3 months with multiple surgeries. Because of all of that, I had constant abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting every morning as well as chronic diarrhea. All the doctors said that I should be lucky to be alive and that I should not focus on the physical issues. What?? Obviously they didn't understand that quality of life is more important than mere life itself! I am so happy I found Nikki! She understood my concerns and was willing to help me work with my body to heal as much as we could. I am surprised to say that I am better than I expected I'd ever be! I no longer have daily vomiting or diarrhea. I went from taking pain meds 4x/day to 2x/day, and I generally feel better all around. I continue to see her for "maintenance" and don't think I'll ever stop seeing her!"
"After I had my 2nd child, I had chronic pubic pain. I couldn't do yoga without feeling it, and sometimes it affected my ability to walk and carry my children. When I first met Nikki, she was completely honest with me and said, "Well, nothing is a guarantee, but let's see what we can do!" Not only did my pubic pain pretty much fully resolve, but she was also able to help me with ongoing shoulder and elbow pain. She really gets how everything is connected and treats accordingly."
"I was referred to Nikki for chronic constipation. I was lucky if I pooped once a week, and that was only if I loaded up on laxatives and stool softeners. Nikki was able to put her hands on my stomach and somehow feel that areas around my gut were tight. She did her visceral mobilization "voodoo magic" and now I am easily pooping almost daily! Plus, my stomach is not nearly as bloated as it used to be! I'm so grateful!"
"My doctor referred me to Nikki for horrible abdominal pain. It got so bad that I literally stopped eating, because eating made it worse. I had all kinds of tests done and nothing showed why I was having pain. So frustrating! I don't know what she did, but after my very first visit with her, my pain decreased by about 75%. It came back unfortunately, but after a few more visits, she not only "fixed" whatever was wrong in there, but spent a lot of quality time discussing posture, clothing, relaxation and diet. She really gets how everything is connected, not only in the body, but our relationship to life - our family, our jobs, our stress. She's like a one-stop-shop for everything! She's kind of like a psychologist-physical therapist."
"After I had my baby, I was struggling. I had a very long delivery with a lot of complications and I wasn't healing as quickly as I thought I should. Nikki helped me to understand that healing is not just a physical process, but a mental and emotional one too. She was patient and listened to me (and my body) and helped me heal as a person. Her knowledge of the body was incredible and I loved listening to her talk about the interconnectedness of everything. She really is a magic-worker! I think every single woman who has ever had a baby should go to her, at least once, for a pelvic assessment. It's amazing what I learned! I wish I had gone to her sooner!"
